What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. In short: only what we need to reply to you, never sold, never used for advertising.

What we collect

• The Clarity Test: your email, your company if you give it, your answers and score, your language, the link that brought you to the page and the date.
• Contact and booking: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
• Instagram: when you comment on or message @blackplus_studio, our Instagram app (Blackplus Studio Automation) can read that comment or message so we can answer it. It acts only on our own account.
• This website: it is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for security. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.

Why we use it

To send you the test and at most four follow-up emails, to reply to your messages and comments, and to prepare a call or a proposal if you ask for one. Nothing else. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Clarity Test sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare and our emails in Gmail. We keep sign-ups for 12 months, then delete them, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. We follow Moroccan law 09-08 and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR. See how to delete your data .
