02 / Paid distribution

03 / The challenge

One group.
Several reasons
to choose.

A property portfolio needs more than a consistent posting schedule. Each offer needs to be understood on its own terms.

Jnane Shama, Shama Bay, Al Andalous and the group’s other projects serve different locations and property needs. Our role brings content production and distribution together while respecting the identities already attached to each project.

The buyer journey provides the organising principle: understand the offer, examine the property, then start a conversation.

04 / The visual language

What this tells us

Facebook contributed about seven in ten conversations in each campaign. Instagram contributed about three in ten, giving each project another route to enquiry.

Campaign-specific totals, not all enquiries to either project. These are Meta-reported events and can include repeat contacts; platform share does not establish lead quality or sales conversion.

Show what
can be seen.

The furnished Jnane Shama show apartment brings the property into view: living space, flooring and woodwork, captured from real project footage. These details help buyers examine the finishes and picture everyday life in the apartment.

Images here document the available project material. They are not presented as the exact ad creatives responsible for the annual results.

05 / Florida · Creative development

A new perspective

Three generated architectural concepts explore the garden approach, balcony materials and entrance. They add visual range to the creative portfolio.

06 / Strategy

The role of every
piece of content.

A framework connecting art direction, property evidence and an enquiry route.

01

Make the offer clear.

Location, price, space and amenities give the buyer something concrete to evaluate. Each project keeps its existing name, logo and visual identity.

02

Make the property tangible.

Project renders explain the proposition. Real construction and model-apartment footage show what can be verified. They serve different purposes and are labelled accordingly.

03

Give attention a next step.

Social content creates entry points. Messaging campaigns give interested people a direct route to an enquiry, with results reviewed by project rather than blended into one headline.

Offer clarityProperty evidenceEnquiryCommercial follow-up

The framework describes how the work fits together. No controlled test isolates the effect of an individual visual or strategy element.

07 / Organic contribution

Visibility beyond
paid distribution.

Instagram · Jnane Shama + Shama Bay
8 September–5 October 2026

37.3%

of Instagram views were organic.

87,702 organic views out of 234,866 total Instagram views across the two projects. Together, they also added 409 net followers during this period.

This is a share of views, not a growth rate. Organic views declined versus the previous 28 days: −30% at Jnane Shama and −6% at Shama Bay. Net followers include paid and organic sources.

08 / Commercial context

Demand is measured.
Sales need matching.

The client reports 550 apartments sold at Al Andalous over one year.

This is a client-reported business outcome. Its exact reporting dates have not been established, and it has not been matched to campaign enquiries. It is presented as context for an active property business, not as sales caused by BlackPlus.

The client also reports 10–15 monthly sales for the other programmes and 45 commercial units per month at Al Andalous. Reporting dates and commercial records remain to be confirmed.

The next measurement step is to connect enquiries to qualified prospects, visits, reservations and signed sales through the commercial team’s records.

09 / Proof & scope

Read the measurement notes

Source: rendered Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite interfaces inspected on 6 October 2026, with the group account reviewed on 8 October 2026. Figures were manually transcribed; exact counts for selected metrics were summed from daily chart values. A native account export was not recovered. Annual totals cover 17 visible campaigns, eight with spend.

Most messaging campaigns used 7-day click / 1-day view attribution; the page-visits campaign used 1-day click. Historic attribution-setting changes were not audited. Project organic metrics cover Jnane Shama and Shama Bay for 8 September–5 October 2026. Group Facebook and Instagram metrics cover 10 September–7 October 2026. Reach and viewers use the period totals, not sums of daily audiences. Public follower and post counts are a snapshot from 8 October 2026. These periods are kept separate.

The group’s Meta commerce fields show zero created orders on both platforms and zero tracked prospects or appointments on Facebook. Those fields are not the commercial team’s property sales records.

No deduplicated buyer count, CRM sales match, causal lift test or market-share measurement is available. The figures establish platform-reported activity, not financial ROI.
